Role Description The Customer Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad. This role involves responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, providing accurate information about services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. The Customer Representative will manage customer records, track interactions, and follow up to ensure a positive end-to-end customer experience. Daily responsibilities include handling support tickets, coordinating with internal teams to address customer needs, and escalating complex concerns when required. The role also includes gathering customer feedback, contributing to service improvement initiatives, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction aligned with Brihati’s values.

Qualifications
Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide consistent assistance.
Customer Experience and Customer Satisfaction skills to improve interactions, build trust, and ensure positive outcomes.
Strong Communication skills, including clear spoken and written communication, active listening, and professional etiquette.
Ability to manage multiple customer requests, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Comfort working with CRM or ticketing tools and basic office software (e.g., email, spreadsheets, documentation tools).
Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, patience, and resilience in handling challenging customer situations.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or support role is preferred; experience in consulting or talent services is an advantage.
Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, communications, or related fields is beneficial.
