About the role
Most companies are good at closing deals. Far fewer are good at what happens next.
This is the role that owns what happens next.
You'll take enterprise accounts from signed contract through live, adopted, and growing. You'll sit between the customer and engineering. And you'll help build real solutions on the platform, using APIs, SDKs, and AI, instead of handing everything to the dev team.
This is the first dedicated post-sales hire. You're building the function from zero, not inheriting a playbook.
About the company
They turn floor plans into live, queryable data. Think system of record for physical space, the way Salesforce owns the customer record and Workday owns the employee record. It's a category that barely exists yet, and they're the first mover.
Small team, around 10 people. Average tenure north of 8 years. Profitable, and growing the smart way. They tripled revenue last year across dozens of enterprise customers, not one lucky whale.
What you'll do
Lead implementation and onboarding for enterprise accounts
Drive real product adoption, not just a signed contract sitting idle
Own the technical relationship and act as the bridge to engineering
Build solutions on our extensions framework using APIs, SDKs, and AI tools
Manage stakeholders across teams, countries, and reorgs
Help grow accounts through retention and expansion
What we're looking for
You live in the middle. Not just a software engineer. Not just a non-technical CSM. The middle is where this role lives.
You've owned enterprise accounts from signed to live, and you know your own numbers
You build small things well. SQL against a real database, an API integration, a script, a dashboard people actually relied on
You've got range. You can teach a facilities team in the morning and hold your own with their engineers in the afternoon
You use AI as a working mode and can walk us through something you actually built with it. "I use it like Google" isn't enough
Nice to have
Anything related to buildings: CAD, BIM, GIS, digital twins, proptech, construction tech
Background in enterprise data or digital workflows
Experience with technical consulting or systems integrators
