Role Description The Inside Sales Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging potential and existing customers, and explaining Hoora’s services and products clearly and persuasively. The associate will qualify leads, follow up on inquiries, convert prospects into paying customers, and support renewals and upselling opportunities. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records in the CRM, coordinating with operations and customer support teams, and ensuring a smooth experience from first contact to service delivery. The role also requires meeting defined sales targets, contributing feedback on customer needs, and representing Hoora’s brand values in every interaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Inside Sales skills, including handling high call volumes and converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Candidates should possess Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills, with the ability to build trust, resolve concerns, and maintain long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, qualifying leads, and nurturing them through the sales funnel.
Candidates should possess Account Management skills to manage repeat customers, support renewals, and identify cross-selling or upselling opportunities.
Relevant qualifications include excellent verbal communication in English and local languages, basic computer and CRM proficiency, and strong negotiation and closing abilities.
Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer-facing roles is preferred; familiarity with automotive or consumer services sectors is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Nagpur, meet daily and monthly targets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain a professional, customer-focused mindset.
