3–4 years of hands-on experience in Shopify / Shopify Plus development.
Strong knowledge of Shopify theme development, Liquid, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Shopify APIs, GraphQL, and REST APIs.
Experience with custom/public Shopify app development, third-party integrations, webhooks, Metafields, Metaobjects, and Shopify CLI.
Good understanding of Shopify Plus features, Shopify Functions, Checkout UI Extensions, and B2B implementations.
Experience working on Shopify storefront development, performance optimisation, responsive implementation, and production support.
Ability to work with designers, QA, project managers, and other engineering team members to deliver Shopify solutions.
Additional pre-sales exposure/knowledge, including understanding client requirements, assessing technical feasibility, providing technical inputs, and supporting effort estimation.
Good communication skills and the ability to participate in technical/client discussions as needed.
Experience with Shopify migrations and third-party/ERP integrations would be an added advantage.
