We are a lean team across London and Tallinn, and every leader here has a direct impact on how we grow.
The Role
You will be the voice of Juuli across the EEA and the UK. You will own our brand, PR and global media buying, represent our product in public, and build lasting relationships with the partners, press and institutions that shape our market.
What You'll Do

Own PR and media relations: press, analysts, industry bodies, events and speaking opportunities
Plan and manage global media buying across paid channels, with clear budgets and measurable results
Represent Juuli and our product at conferences, partner meetings and press engagements
Build and maintain dialogue with third parties: partners, media, industry associations and ecosystem players
Make sure all external communication is accurate, measured and compliant with financial promotion rules
Develop our brand voice and guidelines across multiple countries and languages
Work closely with product, growth and leadership teams
Travel regularly across the EEA and the UK
What We're Looking For
Native or bilingual English, with excellent writing and public speaking skills
8+ years in brand, corporate communications, PR or marketing, including leadership of a function or team
Proven experience in fintech and payments, with a strong understanding of the sector and its ecosystem: partners, regulators and industry media
Hands-on experience with media buying and planning across multiple countries
A proven PR track record: earned media, press relationships, issue and crisis handling
The ability to build credible relationships with senior external stakeholders
Ability and willingness to travel regularly across the EEA and the UK
A strategic and hands-on approach: you are comfortable running campaigns yourself in a lean team
Nice to Have
Experience in regulated industries and financial promotions
Fluency in additional European languages
Experience communicating to small business or solopreneur audiences
