Industrial Maintenance Journeyman – 1st Shift / $30+ per hour

Location: Kalamazoo, MI
Schedule: Tuesday–Friday | 6:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
O.T. – Mondays & early morning weekends (For machine down or preplanned projects)

How You Contribute
Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain manufacturing equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic and pneumatic systems, powder coat equipment, rollers, benders, presses, CNC equipment, and other production machinery.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and modify electrical components and systems.
Troubleshoot and support robotic systems, production fixtures, servo systems, and PLC-controlled equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance to improve equipment reliability, reduce unplanned downtime, and support production needs.
