Respond to equipment issues and production downtime with a sense of urgency, helping minimize disruptions and maintain plant productivity.
Coordinate with OEM technical support and other resources when additional expertise is needed to complete complex repairs.
Take ownership of problems from initial diagnosis through repair, follow-up, and prevention of future failures.
Drive Preventive and Proactive Maintenance
Perform preventive maintenance on critical production equipment, including welders, cutting systems, conveyors, and automated assembly equipment.
