Material Handler

Our Material Handlers are the heartbeat of the operation. From receiving and organizing materials to supporting production teams and maintaining a safe, efficient work environment, you'll play a critical role in keeping projects on schedule and customers satisfied.

What You'll Do:
Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming materials and deliveries
Move materials throughout the fabrication shop, paint booth, wash bay, and yard
Stage, label, and distribute materials to support production schedules
Track inventory and identify material shortages, damage, or discrepancies
Respond to material requests to keep shop operations productive and efficient
Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas inside the shop and throughout the yard
Operate forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely
Assist with inventory accuracy and material tracking
Identify and correct potential safety hazards
Secure materials, equipment, and facilities at the end of each shift
Assist with general facility upkeep, including snow removal during winter months
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities
Safety-focused mindset and attention to detail
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Positive attitude and team-first mentality
Forklift experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as needed
Comfortable working indoors and outdoors year-round
