Technical Program Manager - People Systems (Fixed Term - 6 months)

Tech Product Roadmap and Execution: Contributes to roadmap creation and translates the roadmap into an execution plan.
User Research & Empathy: Deep-dive into the user experience. Conduct interviews and surveys across our global entities & CoEs to understand friction points and identify opportunities for improvement and automation.
Own Metrics & Performance: Establish and monitor success metrics and KPIs related to system performance, customer satisfaction, and business impact. Use data-driven insights to guide product decisions and iteration.
4+ years of product/ project/program management experience with a demonstrable track record of delivering complex technical and data-driven products at large scale & achieving tangible results.
Data fluency and experience working hand in hand with engineers, data scientists or analysts; Strong analytical mindset and a passion for digging deep into complex problems to find scalable solutions.
Previously owned tech/ AI roadmap and execution of a cross-functional team with experience in managing senior stakeholders; Proven ability to translate diverging business needs into impactful tech and data product solutions.
Exceptional communication and senior stakeholder management skills, proven by the ability to drive alignment and shared objectives across multiple cross-functional, global teams (including data science, engineering, and diverse brand stakeholders).
High degree of autonomy and reliability in execution, with a strong sense of ownership over long-term OKRs and the ability to transform complex challenges into clear, actionable product plans.
