We are seeking an experienced Project Managers with 7+ years of experience in Core Banking/Digital Banking, PMP certification, and expertise in enterprise project delivery, governance, stakeholder management, budgeting, risk management, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Required Qualifications
7+ years of Project Management experience delivering enterprise-level programs and Banking domain experience, with hands-on involvement in Core Banking and/or Digital Banking initiatives
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from initiation through implementation
Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, budgeting, resource management, and governance
Experience working with executive leadership and senior business stakeholders
Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies
Hands-on experience with project tracking, risk management, issue resolution, and dependency management
Excellent communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
PMP Certification is required
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise projects and strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource plans
Establish project governance frameworks and provide regular status reporting to leadership
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones and objectives
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies
Facilitate stakeholder meetings, steering committee reviews, and executive presentations
Track project performance metrics and ensure alignment with business goals
Manage project scope, change requests, and delivery expectations
Drive decision-making, issue resolution, and escalation management
Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and project management best practices
