Role Description The Social Media Manager role at Clymber is a full-time remote position responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing the company’s presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day, the Social Media Manager will develop and implement social media strategies, create and schedule posts, manage community interactions, and respond to messages and comments in a timely and professional manner. The role includes analyzing performance metrics, running campaigns to increase engagement and reach, and collaborating with marketing and product teams to align social content with broader brand goals. The Social Media Manager will stay updated on platform trends and best practices, experiment with new formats, and contribute creative ideas to strengthen Clymber’s online brand and learner community.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns and grow engagement across platforms.
Candidates should have solid video editing skills & have experience working with AI tools.
Candidates should be comfortable in front of the camera and speak fluent English.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, compelling, and brand-aligned messages.
Candidates should possess experience in Content Strategy to plan, organize, and optimize content calendars and campaigns for different audiences.
Relevant experience managing social media.
