Job Title - Azure architect
Location- remote
Experience - 7-9 Years
Role Description - This role is responsible for designing and implementing Azure-based architectures that support enterprise content management, commerce, and related digital solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include defining cloud infrastructure patterns, guiding application and integration designs, and ensuring secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions on Azure. The Azure Architect collaborates closely with development teams, business stakeholders, and client technical leaders to translate requirements into robust architectures, oversee deployment and migration activities, and provide technical leadership and best practices. The role also involves performance optimization, documentation of architecture and standards, and ongoing support and improvement of Azure environments.
Qualifications
Strong Solution Architecture skills, including designing end-to-end Azure solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
Solid Infrastructure experience with cloud networking, security, identity, storage, and compute services on Azure.
Background in Software Development, with the ability to collaborate with engineers and understand application design patterns.
Experience in Integration and Architecture, including APIs, microservices, and integration with enterprise and commerce platforms.
Hands-on experience with Azure services such as Azure App Services, Azure Functions, AKS, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, Azure DevOps, and monitoring tools.
Knowledge of cloud security, compliance, performance tuning, and cost optimization in Azure environments.
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly, work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, and provide technical leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Azure Architect or related Azure certifications (e.g., AZ-305) are strongly preferred.
Experience with AEM, Oracle ATG Commerce, or other enterprise content and commerce platforms is a plus.
