Pathblend Solutions is looking for an experienced OPT Recruiter with strong expertise in H1B Transfers, GC recruiting, and the U.S. IT staffing market.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
6–8 years of relevant U.S. IT Recruiting experience
Strong experience recruiting OPT / STEM OPT candidates
Strong focus on H1B Transfers
Experience with GC, GC EAD & H4 EAD candidates
Good understanding of U.S. IT technologies and job markets
Experience working with W2 opportunities
Strong sourcing and candidate relationship management skills
Experience with LinkedIn, job boards, and other sourcing platforms
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
Source and recruit OPT/STEM OPT, H1B Transfer, GC, GC EAD & H4 EAD IT professionals
Primary focus: H1B Transfer candidates
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines
Understand candidate skills, availability, and preferences
Match candidates with suitable requirements
Coordinate submissions, interviews, and follow-ups
Maintain strong candidate relationships
Work closely with the recruitment team to support successful placements
