Job Description:

Following our landmark merger combining a top-tier U.S. tech and environmental platform with unmatched global energy and infrastructure capabilities, Ashurst Perkins Coie is seeking an exceptional 2nd to 4th-year associate to join our elite California Projects, Energy, Environment and Resources team in Construction.
Qualifications & Experience:
Ashurst Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior or midlevel associate to support its nationally recognized Construction practice. The group’s core practice areas are counseling, dispute resolution, contract drafting and negotiation. Candidates must have at least 2 years of litigation experience (with experience in construction disputes being a plus but not required), excellent academic credentials, and strong written and communication skills. AmLaw 100 and judicial clerkship experience highly preferred. An active California bar license is required.

This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, 401(k) plan, medical, dental, and vision insurance, personal medical and parental leave, up to ten paid Holidays, and family care benefits. More information regarding benefits and programs may be found here.

Compensation range: $235,000 to $310,000 annually. Compensation depends on qualifications and experience.
