Business Systems Analyst IV

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) / Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes and SAP. This role will partner closely with Product, Business, Finance, and Engineering teams to understand business requirements and translating them to testing scenarios and executing testing .
The ideal candidate is highly process-oriented, understands the end-to-end Q2C lifecycle, and is comfortable bridging business and technology teams in complex SAP-enabled environments.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with business, product, finance, and engineering stakeholders to understand new buinses flows and requirements and
Analyze and document current-state and future-state business processes.
Support business process areas including order processing, billing and invoicing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, revenue recognition, and intercompany processes.
Identify process gaps, dependencies, business risks, and opportunities for improvement.
Develop comprehensive end-to-end test scenarios and test cases based on business requirements and process flows.
Lead or support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Coordinate with business stakeholders to validate expected outcomes and resolve defects during testing.
Support implementation, deployment, and post-production stabilization activities.
Ensure requirements, process documentation, test cases, decisions, and outcomes are clearly documented and traceable.
Collaborate across teams to troubleshoot business process and system issues.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong end-to-end knowledge of Quote-to-Cash / Order-to-Cash business processes.
Hands-on experience working with SAP, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
Experience with eCommerce and digital transaction flows integrated with enterprise financial systems.
Strong functional understanding of order management, billing, invoicing, accounts receivable, credit management, collections, revenue recognition, and intercompany transactions.
Demonstrated experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
Strong experience creating process flows, functional specifications, and supporting documentation.
Strong end-to-end testing and UAT capabilities.
Experience writing detailed end-to-end test cases, including positive, negative, exception, and integration scenarios.
Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into actionable system requirements.
Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with end to end Quote to Cash flow
Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations or transformation programs.
Experience working in subscription, SaaS, eCommerce, or other high-volume transaction environments.
Understanding of integrations between commerce platforms, SAP, payment systems, billing platforms, and downstream financial applications.
Experience with reporting, analytics, or dashboard development.
Familiarity with tools used for requirements management, process documentation, testing, and defect tracking.
