Business Analyst with Legaltech experience

We have an urgent req for a BA with Legaltech experience.
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering sessions (functional and technical) across all impacted stakeholder teams.
· Analyze, document, and consolidate business and system requirements specific to Salesforce.
· Collaborate with technical and functional SMEs to create a detailed plan and process flows.
· Serve as the primary liaison between business users and the technical implementation team.
· Support project planning activities, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Qualifications:
· Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically on large-scale CRM projects.
· Experience using AI tools (Claude) for capturing requirements is highly desirable.
· Strong analytical, planning, and communication skills to effectively manage and consolidate requirements from diverse groups.
