Touchwood Bliss is a pure vegetarian, alcohol-free nature retreat offering family stays, celebrations, destination weddings and corporate experiences.
We are looking for a Sales Manager who builds strong client relationships, leads a team and takes ownership of sales results.
Key Responsibilities
*Achieve monthly sales targets across resort stays, weddings, group bookings and corporate retreats.
* Manage enquiries from initial conversations to proposals, negotiation and confirmed bookings.
* Understand each client’s budget, requirements, decision-makers and booking timeline.
* Lead and coach the sales team to improve follow-ups and conversion rates.
* Build business relationships with corporates, travel agents, wedding planners and referral partners.
* Generate opportunities to increase weekday occupancy and group bookings.
* Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts and performance reports.
* Coordinate with reservations, branding and resort operations to deliver a smooth guest experience.
* Protect profitability through approved pricing, discounts and clear client commitments.
* Visit the Igatpuri resort for client meetings, property visits and team coordination as required.
What We Are Looking For
* Proven sales experience in hotels, resorts, destination weddings, MICE or leisure hospitality.
* A strong track record of achieving targets and closing bookings.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
* Experience leading a sales team and working with CRM systems.
* A proactive, accountable approach to business development.
* Ability to work from our Nashik head office and travel to Igatpuri as required.
