Associate Director, Direct Field Sales Group

Role Description
Seeking Associates Director for the Direct Field Sales Group in a full-time, role based in the following Areas: AZ, NV, NM, CO, CA and OR. We have room for advancement into other positions.
W-2 position: Health Insurance, Dental, 401-k and other benefits.
The Associate Director will oversee sales teams, develop and implement sales strategies, manage key accounts, drive efficient sales operations, and identify new business development opportunities. This role also involves mentoring sales representatives, tracking performance metrics, and fostering long-term client relationships to achieve revenue and growth targets.
We will train the sales representative, and develop industry knowledge, and provide full range of management tools. We will also recruit candidates for your manages area.
Qualifications
Proven expertise in Sales.
Strong background in Business Development
Communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities
Solid selling skills in the Merchant and/or POS industry with the ability to set and achieve performance goals
