DigiGrove Digital Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Business Development Manager / Head – Affiliate Marketing to drive new partnerships, business development, and revenue growth.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new affiliate partners, publishers, advertisers, and clients.
Develop and maintain strong business relationships.
Generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
Negotiate CPL, CPA, CPI and other commercial deals.
Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation to closure.
Build and manage strategic affiliate partnerships.
Coordinate with Media Buying, Campaign Delivery, and Operations teams.
Identify opportunities to scale campaigns and partnerships.
Track business performance and prepare revenue reports.
Stay updated with affiliate and performance marketing trends.
🔹 Requirements
✅ 2+ years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing / Business Development
✅ Strong understanding of CPL, CPA, CPI and lead-generation campaigns
✅ Experience in client, publisher, affiliate, or partner acquisition
✅ Strong communication and negotiation skills
✅ Business development and relationship-management experience
✅ Target and revenue-oriented approach
✅ Ability to independently develop new business opportunities
