Data Management Executive (Immediate Joiner)
Work Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu (In-Office)
Employment Type: Full-Time / Permanent (6 days a week)
Starting Salary: ₹15,000/- per month
Joining Timeline: Immediate
Candidate Profile & Key Preferences
Target Demographic: Preference will be given to fresher candidates or looking to re-enter the workforce after a career break.
Location Proximity: Candidates residing in and around the immediate vicinity/locality of our Coimbatore office are highly preferred for ease of daily commute.
Key Traits: Basic computer operation skills, strong willingness to learn, ability to adapt to our team culture, and align smoothly with the firm's operational requirements.
Core Responsibilities
Certificate Management & Dispatch: Handling, tracking, and dispatching society certificates to conference delegates via courier/post or digital media, maintaining accurate records of all dispatch logs.
Video Management & Software Integration: Consolidating conference video recordings, uploading them to YouTube, and integrating video links and metadata into the firm's internal software applications.
Database Maintenance: Managing routine data entry, verifying delegate records, and maintaining updated digital spreadsheets.
