Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Preferred Location: Candidates from Chandigarh, Panchkula, Zirakpur, Mohali, and nearby areas are preferred.
ROLE OVERVIEW
G Square & Company is looking for a creative and tech-savvy Video Editor & AI Content Creator who can create engaging short-form content, produce AI-generated videos, and contribute to the visual content requirements of our brands.
The primary focus of this role is video editing and AI content creation, with additional responsibilities including basic content shooting, graphic design, influencer coordination, and LinkedIn personal branding.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Edit engaging Instagram Reels, promotional videos, product videos, brand videos, and short-form content.
Create AI-generated videos, animations, scenes, and creative visual concepts using modern AI tools.
Combine real footage with AI-generated visuals to create engaging and innovative content.
Add transitions, text animations, subtitles, music, sound effects, and basic motion graphics.
Handle basic video shooting using a smartphone or camera when required.
Understand basic framing, lighting, camera angles, and composition for social media content.
Develop creative reel concepts, storyboards, scripts, shot ideas, and visual concepts.
Create basic social media graphics, thumbnails, posters, and digital creatives when required.
Coordinate with influencers and content creators for brand collaborations.
Assist with influencer outreach, communication, follow-ups, and campaign deliverables.
Support LinkedIn personal branding through videos, graphics, post creatives, and other digital content.
Research and stay updated with social media, video editing, AI, and content trends.
Experiment with new AI tools, editing techniques, and creative formats.
Coordinate with the marketing and management team for campaigns, product launches, and brand activities.
Ensure brand consistency, quality, and visual appeal across all content.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Strong video editing skills with a good understanding of pacing, storytelling, and visual composition.
Practical experience with AI video and image generation tools.
Good understanding of AI prompting and AI-based content creation.
Proficiency in one or more editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, or similar software.
Basic ability to shoot content using a smartphone or camera.
Understanding of lighting, framing, composition, and camera angles.
Basic knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar graphic design tools.
Good understanding of Instagram Reels, short-form content, and current social media trends.
Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling ability.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple content projects and meet deadlines.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to learn and experiment with new AI and creative tools.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree or diploma is optional.
Candidates will primarily be evaluated based on their skills, creativity, portfolio, and practical experience.
Previous experience in video editing, AI content creation, social media, or digital marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
Freshers with strong skills and a good portfolio are welcome to apply.
A portfolio/showreel featuring edited videos, reels, AI-generated content, or creative projects will be highly preferred.
