Program Description This is a remote traineeship program for a Data Analyst. The Data Analyst trainee will collect, clean, and organize healthcare and operational data from various sources. They will perform basic data analysis and statistical evaluations, build reports and dashboards, and support data modeling tasks under guidance from senior team members. The program includes preparing clear visualizations and summaries, documenting methodologies, and communicating findings to internal stakeholders. The trainee will collaborate with cross-functional teams, contribute to ongoing analytics projects, and learn best practices in healthcare data analysis.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities.
Candidates should possess practical knowledge of Statistics and basic Data Modeling concepts.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for explaining data insights to non-technical audiences.
Comfort with spreadsheets and data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or Python/R is an advantage).
Current enrollment in or recent completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Public Health, or a related field.
Attention to detail, curiosity about healthcare data, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
