Key Responsibilities:
📌Assist in recruitment-sourcing CVs, posting jobs, screening profiles, and coordinating interviews.
📌Support onboarding and candidate communications.
📌Plan and execute employee engagement activities.
📌Assist in building a collaborative, people-first culture.
📌Contribute to Linkedin growth for the brand and team.
📌Help with outreach and online reputation management.
📌Handle HR operations and day-to-day reporting.
📌Maintain HR documentation, including MoUs and collaboration records.
Skills & Requirements:
● Strong interest in Human Resources, talent management, or organizational development.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Active Linkedin profile preferred (especially for PR and outreach tasks).
●Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
●Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
●Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
