Job description
Industry- Listed entity in Manufacturing sector.
** Preferred Industry- Manufacturing sector i.e FMCG/FMCD/Cement /Auto component/Automobile/Paint etc.
Work locations- Bangalore
Working days- 6 days working, work from office
Purpose of the Role:
This role is the commercial backbone for the Zone/Region.
You will be responsible for ensuring pricing competitiveness, commercial policy benchmarking, financial control over SG&A, vendor compliance, and statutory GST/Income Tax hygiene at zonal level.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Pricing & Commercial Policy -
Track Competition Sell-Out Pricing & Promotions on a regular basis Benchmark competition on Commercial Policy and Process Regular reporting to Senior Management on price positioning and policy gaps
2. Review of Expenses - Monthly review of GL accounts and expenses Monthly update on SG&A Budget Vs Actuals Ensure expenses are incurred within approved budget at Zonal / Regional level
3. Reconciliation & Analysis (MIS) -
Establish PO-based payments at Zonal Office Vendor reconciliation and ageing control Credit Note / Debit Note Pre & Post reconciliation of scheme effectiveness Financial analysis on various zonal/regional level activities
4. GST and Income Tax Related Activities -
GST Reconciliation ITC availed but not eligible, ITC available but not availed, etc.Taking corrective actions on vendors who have not filed returns Ensure vendors are appointed with valid GST and PAN.
