We’re Hiring – Talent Acquisition Executive
LANSTITUT is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our HR team.
Location: Calicut
Experience: 1+ year in HR Recruitment
Immediate Joiners Preferred
Key Responsibilities:
• Handle end-to-end recruitment activities
• Recruit candidates primarily for Marketing, Sales, and Academics departments
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
• Coordinate interviews with department heads
• Manage candidate follow-ups and maintain recruitment records
• Handle offer discussions and joining follow-ups
• Support onboarding and other HR activities
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Target-oriented and proactive approach
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field preferred
