Accountant

Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational accounting skills such as general ledger management, accounts payable/receivable handling, and basic financial reporting.
Candidates should possess skills in using accounting software and productivity tools, including familiarity with ERP or Tally systems and proficiency in spreadsheets (e.g., Microsoft Excel).
Candidates should possess strong analytical and numerical skills, including attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to reconcile financial records.
Candidates should possess organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks, meet reporting deadlines, and maintain well-structured financial documentation.
Candidates should possess effective communication and collaboration skills to work with senior accountants, project managers, and other internal stakeholders.
Relevant educational qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree or diploma in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field are preferred.
Knowledge of basic taxation, GST, and compliance requirements in the construction and real estate sector is an advantage.
Prior internship or entry-level experience in accounting or finance, particularly within construction or real estate, is beneficial.
