Role Description The Assistant Manager Human Resources will handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management for the Navi Mumbai office. Responsibilities include coordinating hiring activities, maintaining HR records, managing attendance and leave, and supporting performance management and appraisal processes. The role will also involve assisting in policy implementation, employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and compliance with labor regulations and company guidelines. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai, requiring close collaboration with management and various teams to support a positive, productive work environment.
Qualifications
Strong skills in recruitment and talent acquisition, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
Experience in core HR operations such as onboarding, employee records management, attendance and leave administration.
Ability to support performance management, including appraisals, feedback processes, and basic HR analytics.
Knowledge of HR policies, labor law basics, and compliance-related documentation for on-site operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR-related software or HRIS tools.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
Prior experience in a similar HR role, preferably in sales, services, or real estate industries, is beneficial.
