Location: Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli
Join S&S Packaging and be a part of our growing Flexible Packaging Quality Team.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct quality checks during printing, lamination, slitting, and pouching operations.
Perform testing for bond strength, COF, GSM, thickness, seal strength, and visual defects.
Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and test documentation.
Coordinate with production teams for corrective and preventive actions.
Support customer complaint analysis and root cause identification.
Ensure adherence to internal quality standards and ISO requirements.
Requirements
3–4 years of experience in the quality control department of a flexible packaging company.
Knowledge of flexible packaging materials and testing methods.
Familiarity with QC instruments and documentation.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
