We are seeking a Product Manager to own critical product areas end-to-end, from initial problem discovery through execution and launch. Collaborating across engineering, design, and compliance, you will drive the entire product lifecycle to deliver measurable business impact.
🧩 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗹𝗹 𝗗𝗼
Run user research and analyze market/usage signals to identify problems worth solving
Prioritize opportunities against company strategy
Clearly define problems before moving to solutions
Write product specs covering success criteria, scope, user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
Own UX flows and wireframes with Design and Engineering
Define product-level technical requirements
Partner with Engineering through build, QA, and launch
Track post-launch adoption, engagement, business/revenue impact, and qualitative user feedback
✅ 𝗬𝗼𝘂'𝗿𝗲 𝗮 𝗚𝗿𝗲𝗮𝘁 𝗙𝗶𝘁 𝗜𝗳 𝗬𝗼𝘂
~2 years of Product Management experience
Fintech experience preferred
Meaningful exposure to broking, trading platforms, wealth-tech, lending, or fintech products
Working understanding of capital markets basics — equities, F&O, mutual funds — or willingness to ramp up quickly
Comfortable writing clear product specs and making prioritization trade-offs with incomplete information
Strong communication skills across Engineering, Design, Risk & Compliance, and Customer Support
Data literacy — comfortable pulling and reading product analytics
