Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise Credit Analysts and monitor their productivity, quality, and TAT.
Ensure adherence to Credit Policy, SOPs, and risk guidelines.
Review credit underwriting and identify high-risk profiles or policy deviations.
Monitor portfolio performance, DPD, CE, defaults, and delinquency trends.
Conduct basic root-cause analysis of defaults and identify risk patterns.
Prepare and review Credit & Risk MIS and performance reports.
Analyse portfolio performance across CIBIL, salary, loan amount, FOIR, tenure, and other key parameters.
Coordinate with IT, Collections, Operations, and other teams regarding credit & risk requirements.
Identify process gaps and suggest improvements.
Support training, coaching, and performance improvement of Credit Analysts.
Required Skills:
Strong hands-on experience in credit underwriting and risk assessment
Understanding of NBFC / Fintech / Digital Lending
Portfolio and default analysis
Good Excel / Google Sheets skills
Team handling and communication skills
Analytical and problem-solving ability
Knowledge of CIBIL/Experian, FOIR, banking and income assessment
