About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee multiple GIVA retail stores, drive sales performance, ensure operational excellence, and deliver a consistent customer experience across the assigned region.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations and business performance across multiple stores.
Drive regional sales targets, revenue growth, and store-level KPIs.
Monitor store performance, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans.
Lead, coach, and develop Store Managers and retail teams.
Ensure excellent customer service and consistent brand standards across stores.
Monitor inventory, stock audits, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.
Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and operational processes.
Analyse sales reports and business metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Coordinate with central teams to support store operations and business initiatives.
Requirements
Experience in multi-store retail operations, preferably in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, or premium retail.
Strong expertise in sales management, team leadership, and operational execution.
Ability to analyse business performance and drive corrective actions.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong customer focus, ownership, and willingness to travel across assigned stores.
