Role Description: What you will do:
Lead the ingestion and processing of daily ground sentiment data into our SaaS Model Product.
Draft executive-level diagnostic reports and political snapshots.
Work with NLP outputs, sentiment heatmaps, and demographic algorithms.
What we need:
Proven experience in political consulting, I-PAC, or election data analytics.
Ability to cut through the noise and spot voting patterns.
High proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
Qualifications
Strong Data Research and Market Research skills to gather, validate, and interpret complex political, demographic, and behavioral datasets.
Robust Analytical Skills and Data Analytics capabilities, including experience with statistical analysis, data visualization, and interpreting quantitative results.
Clear and effective Communication skills to present insights, write concise reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and decision-makers.
Proficiency with data tools and languages (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python/R, BI dashboards) and familiarity with database structures or enterprise data architecture.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative, social science, or related field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Political Science) or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work on-site in Bhopal, manage multiple projects, and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Experience in political analytics, campaign data, public policy, or consulting is an advantage, along with an interest in electoral dynamics and regulatory environments.
