Role Description The Growth Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Patna, responsible for driving sustainable business growth for Panacea Biotec’s products in the assigned territory. This role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing relationships with healthcare professionals, institutions, and distributors, and executing territory-level sales and marketing activities. The Growth Executive will conduct regular market visits, monitor competitor activity, ensure proper product availability, and support demand generation through scientific engagement and promotional initiatives. The position also includes tracking sales performance, preparing periodic reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead conversion, and territory management.
Experience in pharmaceutical or vaccine marketing, with the ability to communicate product value to healthcare stakeholders.
Proficient in relationship management and customer engagement, with a focus on building long-term partnerships.
Solid analytical and reporting skills to track performance, interpret market data, and propose growth strategies.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in en_US, with the ability to present information clearly and persuasively.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field; a postgraduate qualification in management or healthcare is an advantage.
Knowledge of local healthcare market dynamics in Patna and surrounding regions is preferred.
Ability to work independently, meet targets, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.
