🚨 URGENT: Automation Test Engineer Playwright/Selenium/C# (Full-Time Remote, 6+ Month Contract, USA ET Working Hours)

We are looking for an experienced Automation Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in Playwright using C# or TypeScript. Candidates with strong Selenium and C# experience will also be considered.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can hit the ground running, build and maintain reliable automated tests, and deliver immediate value to our U.S.-based client.
Required Qualifications
✅ 6+ years of hands-on experience in software testing / test automation
✅ Strong hands-on experience with Playwright using C# or TypeScript
✅ Selenium with C# will be considered as an alternative for candidates with strong automation experience
✅ Strong understanding of automation testing frameworks, test design, and automation best practices
✅ Experience developing, maintaining, and executing automated test scripts
✅ Strong knowledge of XPath, JavaScript/TypeScript, and C#
✅ Hands-on experience with API testing and Postman
✅ Strong SQL / SQL Server skills for data validation and backend testing
✅ Experience with functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
✅ Ability to create automated tests based on acceptance criteria, business requirements, and technical requirements
✅ Experience identifying, documenting, troubleshooting, and retesting software defects
✅ Ability to work independently and collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders
✅ Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
✅ Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail
Nice to Have
• Experience with JMeter or other performance testing tools
• Experience with Azure / Microsoft technologies
• Experience testing .NET/C# and React applications
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment
• Experience developing or maintaining automation frameworks
Schedule
This position requires working U.S. Eastern Time (ET) business hours. Candidates outside the U.S. should be comfortable working a corresponding night-shift schedule.
