We are looking for enthusiastic & experienced individuals to join our team !
Key Responsibilities
Handle day-to-day HR and administrative tasks.
Manage and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
Assist in the recruitment process, including preparing job vacancies and screening candidates.
Handle expatriate employee-related matters.
Prepare HR-related documents, letters, and contracts.
Assist with employee attendance and leave records.
Coordinate with different departments regarding HR matters.
Ensure proper filing and maintenance of HR documents.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information.
Support implementation and communication of company policies.
Work independently and manage multiple HR duties.
Collaborate with all departments and maintain good relationships with employees.
Qualifications & Experience
G.C.E. Advanced Level (A-Level) qualification.
1–2 years of experience in a related field (advantageous).
Knowledge and experience in handling expatriate matters.
Excellent communication and English writing skills.
Strong computer literacy skills.
Responsible, confidential, organized, and detail-oriented.
