Position: Deployment Executive
Location: Singapore
Type: Full-Time ( Work From Home )
What You'll Do
Coordinate and deploy part-time staff to leading hotels and restaurants across Singapore.
Confirm bookings, follow up with staff before each shift, and arrange replacements for last-minute changes.
Communicate clearly and professionally with both clients and part-timers.
Maintain accurate deployment records using Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs.
Make quick, well-judged decisions to resolve issues and improve our processes.
What We're Looking For
Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
A Bachelor's degree.
Working proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Google Docs.
Strong organisational and decision-making abilities, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Prior experience in staffing, hospitality or operations is an advantage, but not required.
