Accounting Manager (Remote/Hybrid) CFO Advisory Group - Top 25 CPA Firm
Up to $165,000 Base Salary + Bonus

We're partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities while partnering with business leaders to support continued growth.
Key Responsibilities:
🔹 Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
🔹 Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
🔹 Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP and internal accounting policies
🔹 Manage balance sheet reconciliations and general ledger activities
🔹 Partner with external auditors during audits and reviews
🔹 Identify opportunities to improve accounting processes and controls
🔹 Mentor and develop accounting staff
Qualifications:
✔️ Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
✔️ 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting
✔️ Experience with general ledger systems and ERP platforms
✔️ Advanced Excel skills
✔️ CPA preferred but not required
✔️ Public accounting experience is a plus
