Virtual Assistant to CEO (Remote)

Remote Executive Assistant supporting fast-growing US and Canadian startups. This is not a traditional assistant role, you will take ownership, anticipate needs, and help executives win every day.

As an Executive Assistant at Viva, you will work hand-in-hand with fast-moving startup leaders. They juggle competing priorities and rely on you to keep things organized, proactive, and one step ahead.
Full-time contractor: $1,200 USD base, with total monthly earnings up to $1,600 USD.
Plus performance bonuses, compensation reviews every 6 months, and amazing benefits.
What You Will Do
You will support up to three executives across admin and operations, including:
Managing calendars, inboxes, meetings, travel, and expenses
Building and improving workflows, trackers, and documentation
Supporting projects, reporting, and process improvement
Coordinating across teams and stakeholders
Tracking deadlines, dependencies, and deliverables
Identifying inefficiencies and proposing better systems

What We Are Looking For
2+ years of general work experience
Fluent English (C1 level)
No job hopping: at least one of your last three roles shows a 2+ year tenure
Previous Executive Assistant experience is not required. We welcome candidates with transferable experience
Excited about AI and automation tools
Comfortable with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and similar tools
Reliable, proactive, and confident communicating with leaders
