Social Media Content Creator

We’re looking for someone with a strong eye for design, solid video editing skills, and experience managing day-to-day social media publishing.
You’ll create content for MT BYTES’ own channels from static posts and carousels to short videos and handle the captions, scheduling, and posting. We need someone who enjoys making the content and takes care of how it goes out.
What you’ll be doing
Design social media posts, carousels, banners, and campaign visuals that feel consistent with the MT BYTES brand.
Edit short videos with thoughtful pacing, clean transitions, subtitles, sound, and motion graphics where they add value.
Turn ideas, company updates, and technical topics into content people can understand and connect with.
Write clear captions and adapt the copy, dimensions, and format for each platform.
Maintain the content calendar, schedule posts, and check everything before publishing.
Bring fresh creative ideas and use performance feedback to improve your work.
You’ll work closely with the founder on content direction. The aim is to build a recognizable company presence through our work, people, and perspective on technology.
What we’re looking for
A portfolio showing both graphic design and video editing. Both are core requirements for this role.
A good understanding of typography, layout, colour, and visual consistency.
Confidence using design and editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut. Use the tools you know well; the finished work matters.
Experience publishing and scheduling content across social platforms.
Good written English and attention to detail.
The ability to take a brief, contribute your own ideas, and deliver on time.
Experience creating content for a technology company would be helpful. You should be comfortable asking questions and learning enough about a subject to communicate it accurately.
