Client Services Agent - Financial Services (100% Remote)

Oihana Consulting is affiliated with World Financial Group (WFG). Oihana Consulting helps people new to financial services get started, with a focus on veterans and career changers. You would work with clients on financial needs and learn the business from licensing through client service. Training and mentorship are provided. Part-time entry is possible. This is a fit for people entirely new to the industry, not already-licensed agents working with other IMOs.
What you will do:
1. Talk with clients about financial needs and service existing accounts.
2. Study for and obtain required insurance licenses with guidance provided.
3. Follow a supervised sales and service process and keep accurate records.
4. Build client relationships through referrals and outreach.
What you need:
1. U.S. work authorization and ability to pass background and licensing requirements.
2. Reliable internet, phone, and computer for remote work.
3. Willingness to work as an independent contractor on commission.
4. No prior finance experience required. Veterans and career changers welcome.
