🚨 Hiring: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant | 5+ Years Experience
We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 5+ years of hands-on experience to join our team.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions based on business requirements.
Work closely with HR/business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into SuccessFactors solutions.
Configure SuccessFactors modules, workflows, business rules, permissions, and system settings.
Participate in end-to-end implementation, enhancement, integration, and support activities.
Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions.
Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scenarios, and user documentation.
Support UAT, testing, data validation, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and data migration activities.
Provide recommendations and best practices to improve HR processes and SuccessFactors usage.
🔹 Required Skills
5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Strong hands-on experience in one or more SuccessFactors modules such as:
Employee Central (EC)
Recruiting Management (RCM)
Onboarding
Performance & Goals (PMGM)
Compensation
Learning (LMS)
Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation processes.
Experience working with business rules, workflows, role-based permissions (RBP), and data models.
Good understanding of HR business processes.
Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors integrations / SAP Integration Suite / CPI will be an advantage.
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
🔹 Preferred
Experience in end-to-end SuccessFactors implementations.
Experience working with global clients/stakeholders.
SAP SuccessFactors certification in relevant modules.
Exposure to SAP BTP, CPI, APIs, or third-party HR integrations.
