Lexicon MILE is looking for an energetic and result-oriented global admissions counselor to join our global admissions team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Counsel students and parents on global programs and international education opportunities.
• Manage inbound and outbound student enquiries and generate applications.
• Follow up with prospective students and drive lead-to-admission conversions.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, meetings and counselling sessions.
• Build strong relationships with students, parents and education partners.
• Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups through CRM.
• Achieve monthly application and admission targets.
Candidate Profile:
• 1–4 years of experience in admissions, education sales, EdTech or international education.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong student counselling and sales ability.
• Target-driven with excellent follow-up skills.
• Graduate/Postgraduate; MBA/PGDM preferred.
