About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to join our team as DGM – Accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of post-qualification experience and strong expertise in accounting, GST, taxation, financial reporting, audits, compliance, and team management.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end GST compliance, including assessments, notices, appeals, and departmental proceedings.
• Ensure timely filing and compliance of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9 & GSTR-9C.
• Handle GST/ITC reconciliation and ensure accurate tax reporting.
• Lead the preparation and finalization of quarterly and annual financial statements.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Review ledgers, trial balances, provisions, reconciliations, and fixed assets.
• Coordinate with Statutory, Internal, and Tax Auditors.
• Lead, supervise, and mentor the Accounts & Finance team.
• Strengthen internal financial controls, accounting processes, and compliance practices.
• Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across financial operations.
Requirements
✅ CA qualification is mandatory
✅ B.Com qualification required
✅ 5+ years of post-qualification experience in Accounts & Taxation
✅ Strong practical knowledge of GST, taxation, audits, and financial reporting
✅ Experience in Real Estate / Builder / Infrastructure industry will be preferred
✅ Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
✅ Proficiency in Tally, SAP, or other relevant ERP systems
💰 Compensation
₹1,00,000 – ₹1,50,000 per month, depending on experience, expertise, and suitability.
