Key Responsibilities:
Configure, implement, maintain, and support Workday Recruiting and HCM modules based on business requirements.
Manage and maintain Workday modules including Recruiting, Core HCM, Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance.
Act as a Workday Recruiting SME, providing functional expertise and support to HR, Talent Management, Recruiting teams, and business stakeholders.
Support Workday enhancements, system updates, patches, and upgrades.
Configure and optimize Hiring Business Processes, Candidate Reviews, Security Modeling, and other Workday processes.
Troubleshoot and resolve Workday system issues with minimal disruption to HR operations.
Collaborate with HR teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for Workday optimization.
Lead testing and validation of new configurations, features, updates, and system changes.
Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for HR teams and end users.
Maintain detailed documentation of Workday configurations, processes, and procedures.
Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with HR and business systems.
Coordinate with Workday support teams and external vendors for technical issue resolution and implementation of new features.
Develop and maintain Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR and business decision-making.
Ensure data integrity across Workday Recruiting and HCM systems through regular audits and data validation.
Support continuous improvement and adherence to defined quality and change management processes.
