🚨 We're Hiring: Industrial Radiation Safety Officer (RSO) 🚨
📍 Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
🏢 Company: Foxconn Hon Hai Technology India Mega Development Pvt. Ltd.
💼 Experience: 10+ years in industrial radiation safety
Are you an experienced, certified RSO who is passionate about protecting people, processes and the environment? Join our EMS manufacturing team and lead radiation safety across our facility.
🔹 What you'll do:
✅ Build and run the site's radiation safety program and risk assessments
✅ Ensure compliance with AERB/BARC and international standards, including regulatory reporting
✅ Inspect radiation-emitting equipment and monitor personnel dose levels
✅ Calibrate detection instruments and manage personal dosimeters
✅ Lead incident investigations and emergency response planning
✅ Train employees, contractors and visitors, and drive safety awareness
🔹 What we're looking for:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Health Physics, Radiation Safety, Engineering or a related field
📜 RSO certification
🏭 10+ years of experience, preferably in EMS or manufacturing
🔬 Strong knowledge of radiation physics, safety standards and regulatory frameworks
🗣️ Excellent communication, training and analytical skills
