Location: Anna Nagar, Chennai

Requirement: Must be based in Chennai or willing to relocate
Work Hours: 7.30 PM to 5 AM IST (This is a night shift role)

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager / Operations Manager to drive cross-functional execution, establish strong workflows, and improve operating discipline across the business.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, hands-on, and comfortable working across multiple functions. This role requires strong ownership, excellent communication, and a “no job is too small” mindset.
Key Responsibilities
Set up and improve workflows, SOPs, and operating practices across teams.
Drive cross-functional programs and ensure timely execution.
Track priorities, dependencies, action items, and follow-ups.
Identify operational gaps and implement practical solutions.
Establish clear ownership and accountability across functions.
Build simple trackers, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
Support leadership with planning, prioritization, and execution.
Step in wherever needed to unblock teams and keep operations running smoothly.
Requirements
Strong experience in Program Management, Operations, Business Operations, or Project Management.
Proven experience building and improving workflows and processes.
Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Strong ownership, follow-through, and attention to detail.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Willingness to take on tasks of any size to ensure outcomes are delivered.
This is a fully on-site role in Anna Nagar, Chennai.
