Role Description The Sales and Marketing Intern role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The intern will support daily sales activities, including engaging with prospective customers, preparing presentations, and assisting in follow-ups to drive conversions. Responsibilities include contributing to marketing campaigns, collecting and analyzing customer feedback, and helping create basic sales and promotional materials. The intern will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams, participate in training sessions, and learn to use sales management tools and processes to support business growth.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Communication skills and the ability to interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to handle inquiries, support customer needs, and maintain positive relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales skills to assist in lead generation, follow-ups, and promotional activities.
Candidates should possess Training and Sales Management skills or a willingness to learn these areas to support team initiatives and reporting.
Basic understanding of marketing concepts and social media platforms is desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage time effectively, and collaborate in a team environment.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
