Vice President of Growth

Support the Annual Plan and Quarterly Refresh processes by ensuring WMS artifacts and supporting documentation are complete, accurate, and aligned to Enterprise Surveillance Standards.
Partner with Process Surveillance VPs to design and implement new control testing, including drafting Test of Design documentation, and overseeing development and execution of Control CTC testing to ensure key risks are identified and mitigated.
Provide oversight and leadership for complex testing reviews; proactively coach and support team members to ensure quality standards, deliverables, and timelines are consistently met.
Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across Growth; communicate review status, escalate obstacles, and facilitate timely resolution of issues and emerging risks.
Execute peer and tollgate reviews of testing work products, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to testing methodology and documentation standards; serve as acting leader in the manager’s absence as assigned.
Coordinate with Growth Surveillance Leaders to plan and deliver strategic initiatives, including process improvements and implementation of new or enhanced surveillance/testing approaches.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Specifically, the execution of testing, as the schedule dictates.
