Qualifications
Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Support, Customer Service, and Customer Satisfaction.
Effective Communication and Interpersonal Skills for engaging with clients and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and maintain accurate documentation and records.
Basic understanding of sales processes, lead management, and CRM tools or willingness to learn.
Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools for preparing reports and presentations.
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, commerce, or a related field preferred.
Prior experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role is an advantage.
Professional, respectful attitude and willingness to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment.
