Position Overview
DApps Platform USA is seeking an experienced and strategically minded Asset Management Director to support the development and oversight of the company’s asset management activities.
In this role, you will be responsible for helping develop asset allocation strategies, evaluating investment opportunities, monitoring portfolio performance, managing risk, and supporting investment related decision making across a range of traditional and emerging asset classes.
You will work closely with executive leadership and relevant internal teams to establish investment frameworks, assess market opportunities, review portfolio exposures, and support the company’s long term capital and asset management objectives.
This role is ideal for a professional with strong investment judgment, analytical discipline, risk awareness, and experience working with complex portfolios, institutional assets, or alternative investments.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and support asset management strategies aligned with the company’s long term objectives
• Evaluate investment opportunities across traditional and emerging asset classes
• Monitor portfolio performance, liquidity, exposures, and risk metrics
• Support asset allocation, portfolio construction, and capital deployment decisions
• Conduct financial, market, industry, and investment analysis
• Review investment proposals and assess expected return, downside risk, liquidity, and strategic fit
• Develop frameworks for portfolio monitoring, performance measurement, and investment reporting
• Work closely with executive leadership on investment priorities and capital allocation decisions
• Coordinate with finance, risk, compliance, legal, and other internal teams when evaluating investment activities
• Identify potential risks related to market volatility, concentration, liquidity, counterparties, and portfolio structure
• Support due diligence on investment managers, external partners, service providers, and strategic opportunities
• Track macroeconomic, financial market, digital asset, and industry trends that may affect portfolio strategy
• Prepare investment recommendations, portfolio reviews, and management reports for senior leadership
• Help establish disciplined governance standards for asset management and investment decision making

Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s professional background, asset management experience, investment expertise, leadership capabilities, industry knowledge, and expected scope of responsibility.
Qualifications and Requirements
• Significant experience in asset management, investment management, portfolio management, institutional investing, private markets, treasury, or a related field
• Strong understanding of portfolio construction, asset allocation, investment analysis, and risk management
• Experience evaluating investment opportunities and making or supporting capital allocation decisions
• Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio performance measurement
• Ability to assess risk and return across multiple asset classes
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, research, and problem solving skills
• Experience working with institutional portfolios, alternative investments, private investments, digital assets, or multi asset strategies is highly valued
• Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex investment topics clearly to senior leadership
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with executive leadership and cross functional teams
• High level of professional judgment, integrity, discretion, and attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple investment priorities and projects
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, Mathematics, or a related field preferred
• CFA, CAIA, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications are preferred but not required
• Willingness to travel when business needs require
